1st & 2nd October 2022 NQ Khanacross Championship

The Club hosted the 4th and final round of the NQ Khanacross Championship over the weekend of the 1st & 2nd October.

Sponsored by Mossman Ag Services, the event attracted drivers from as far south as Mackay and all points in between.

The club was well represented by Wayne and Mathew Boylett, Heath and Mackenzie Barry, Simon Taylor and Bob Errey.

As usual the all-wheel drive cars were dominant in the results taking out the top three places.

Graeme Colls powered his Subaru into first place ahead of Lee Williams and Simon Taylor for the outright win.

Up and coming Junior, Mathew Boylett continues to impress finishing first Junior, 1st B Class and a very respectable 7th outright.

Mackenzie Barry was second Ladies class and 3rd A Class, while Bob Errey finished 2nd D class. Wayne Boylett was 2nd in B Class.

These results helped propel the club into first place in the Series Interclub Championship. Yes, we really are the Champions!
